Resista® Abrasion Resistant (AR) Valves
Our Resista® abrasion resistant (AR) valves are specifically designed for severe applications and heavy wear. These valves are well-suited for pumping environments involving abrasives or small solids, as well as applications with high pressures. Triangle Pump Components’ durable Resista® valve can pump acid, hazardous chemicals, chlorine, and small solids under pressures up to 15,000 psi. Standard Resista® valve seats are offered in 316 stainless steel as well as 17-4 hardened stainless steel and other alloys. The valve member is made of the same material as the seat, with or without a polyurethane insert for use in temperatures below 160°F. Fluoroelastomer inserts are available for higher-temperature uses. Our Resista® valves are offered in a range of different sizes, and can be made from various materials to meet special application needs.

WG Sphera® Series
The latest addition to our reciprocating pump component family is the WG Sphera® (Patent No. 11,384,856) Series of stem- guided, single or dual spring assisted, and caged metal spherical suction and discharge pump valves. With its inception beginning on a wine glass napkin, the WG Sphera® Series valve has evolved into Triangle Pump Components most flexible valve for a wide variety of different applications ranging from clean to abrasive environments.

PlenaFlow® Plate Valve
Triangle Pump Components also manufacturers plate valves. Our PlenaFlow® plate valve, a double-sprung, stem-guided plate-style model, is available with a Delrin®, Sustakon®, stainless steel, or titanium plate. This valve features a one-piece retainer, which can house either one or two springs. The standard seat is made of 316 stainless steel unless otherwise specified. These valves are offered in a range of different sizes, and can be made of Monel® or stainless steel. Our premium PlenaFlow® plate valves are ideal for rigorous, harsh environments and can pump highly abrasive, corrosive materials such as hydraulic fluid, ammonia, gasoline, and petrochemicals.

Fortis MC Plungers
Our Fortis MC plungers are available in either ceramic or metal models to meet specific application needs. Our manufacturing and assembly techniques have eliminated the risk of pull-apart problems in the Fortis MC ceramic plungers and our Fortis MC metal plungers are available in Colmonoy®, tungsten carbide, Wallex®, and chrome oxide.

Optimus CP® Plunger Packing and TriVis® Stuffing Box Components
Proper alignment of the plunger is crucial for ensuring an extended wear life and correct flow conditions. To obtain this proper alignment, Triangle Pump Components Inc. carries the top brand names in plunger packing and stuffing box components. We manufacture the Optimus CP® die-formed packing for fluid end (plunger) packing and carry the Utex® 838 packing for general service applications. Valve Pullers
Triangle Pump Components’ valve units are designed for easy installation with minimal required disassembly. But when inspection shows that wear has occurred, proper maintenance — such as replacing the valve disc, spring, and sleeve, or torquing studs, bolts, and locknuts — may be necessary. Our high-quality valve pullers help facilitate these tasks. Valve puller components include a puller claw, all thread rod, claw nut, strong back bottom nut, strong back, strong back top nut, hammer, hammer nut, and hammer nut locknut.
